【摘要】 目的调查患者对胃镜检查知情同意书理解程度以及知情同意讲解的需求,为制订规范的胃镜知情同意书讲解步骤提供参考依据。方法采用自制调查问卷,以随机抽样法抽取广东省2家三级综合医院2019年6月—2020年6月首次接受完胃镜检查的患者,调查患者对胃镜检查的认知情况和知情同意需求。结果共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷293份,问卷有效回收率为98%。患者对胃镜检查知情同意书内容理解"能理解"占30.7%,"理解欠佳"为36.5%,"不理解"为32.7%;不同性别的居民对胃镜检查知情同意书理解程度无统计学差异;不同文化程度和不同年龄的居民对胃镜检查知情同意书理解程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对胃镜知情同意讲解的需求排前三位的依次是"检查操作过程中/后可能出现的风险与并发症""如果不做胃镜检查,您还可以做哪些检查来替代""胃镜检查禁忌证"。结论患者对胃镜检查的知情同意书的理解欠佳,临床医护人员应足够重视,制订规范的知情同意书讲解步骤,并加强培训,严格执行,提升医患沟通效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the patients’ understanding of the informed consent form for gastroscopy and their needs for explanation of the informed consent form, so as to provide reference for the formulation of standardized explanation steps of the informed consent for gastroscopy. Methods Selecting the patients who underwent gastroscopy for the first time in two tertiary general hospitals of Guangdong Province from June 2019 to June 2020 by random sampling method, and the cognition and informed consent needs of the patients were investigated with the self-made questionnaire. Results A total of 300 questionnaires were issued and 293 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective response rate of the questionnaires was 98%. 30.7% of patients understood the contents of the informed consent form for gastroscopy, “understandable” accounted for 30.7%, “understanding” was 36.5%, and “not understood” was 32.7%; residents of different genders had no statistical difference in their understanding of the informed consent form for gastroscopy; Residents of different education levels and different ages have statistically different understandings of the informed consent form for gastroscopy(P<0.05); the top three requirements of patients for gastroscopy informed consent are “during/possible after the operation” “The risks and complications” “If you don’t have gastroscopy, what other tests can you do to replace” “Gastroscopy contraindications”. Conclusion Patients’ understanding of informed consent for gastroscopy is not good, clinical medical staff should pay more attention to it, formulate standardized explanation steps of informed consent, and strengthen training as well as implement it strictly, and improve the effect of doctor-patient communication.更多还原
