【摘要】 股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head, ONFH)是骨科常见的难治性骨坏死疾病之一,大量研究表明早期诊断、早期治疗可以获得最佳的治疗效果,甚至可以逆转股骨头坏死。近期研究表明超早期ONFH股骨头已经出现代谢功能异常,功能性磁共振成像(functional MRI,fMRI)可以发现其信号异常,可诊断超早期ONFH,指导临床尽可能进行早期治疗。本文重点阐述fMRI在ONFH超早期诊断的研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH) is one of the common refractory osteonecrosis diseases in orthopedics. A lot of studies have shown that early diagnosis and early treatment can obtain the best therapeutic effect, and can even reverse femoral head necrosis. Recent studies have shown that the femoral head of the ultra-early ONFH has abnormal metabolic function, and fMRI can detect the abnormal signal, which can help diagnose the ultra-early ONFH, and guide the clinical treatment as early as possible.
