【摘要】 如何协同中医药与管理制度的发展,这一问题的研究对于中医院提升管理实力具有现实意义。尽管中医药的发展与创新受到了党和政府的重视,现代中医药发展现状却不容乐观,中医药市场管理欠严谨、规范,产业行业标准欠完善,综合医院中医药所占份额普遍偏低,同时,传统中医药的现代管理体系尚不健全带来的问题也不断暴露,中医药卫生体制改革势在必行。中医院应积极反思现代医院管理存在的问题,重视医院管理的制度改革以促进中医药与管理制度的协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research on how to coordinate the development of traditional Chinese medicine and the management system is of practical significance to improving the management strength of general hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine. The management of the TCM market is not rigorous and standardized,the industry standards are not perfect,and the share of TCM in general hospitals is generally low.
