【摘要】 目的研究党医融合促进文化建设对住院患者满意度的影响。方法科室实施党医融合以来(2018年一季度至2019年二季度),调查广州市南方医院住院患者共计701例。对患者满意度进行问卷调查。结果随着党建业务融合的实施,住院患者总满意度随时间(季度)逐步升高(P<0.05);住院患者6个维度满意度中,病房安静、病房卫生间清洁、入院介绍、护士服务、医患沟通、护士身份核对、手术预约安排和护士呼叫响应满意度指标随时间逐渐升高,有统计学意义;住院患者再次就诊意愿及推荐亲友意愿也随时间(季度)逐步提高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论党医融合促进科室文化建设,提高了住院患者满意度。科室应继续推进党医融合,从而取得社会效益和经济效益多赢的局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of culture development based on the integration of Party construction and medical services on the satisfaction of patients. Methods From the first quarter of 2018 to the second quarter of 2019, cases were collected from 701 inpatients in Nanfang Hospital. A questionnaire mainly on the satisfaction of patients was administered to patients by the interviewers. Results With the implementation of the integration of Party construction and medical services, inpatient satisfaction gradually increased with the time(quarter)(P<0.05); the satisfaction index of ward quiet, ward toilet clean, admission introduction, nurse service, doctor-patient communication, nurse identity check, operation appointment arrangement and nurse call response increased with the time significantly; the willingness of patients to see a doctor again and recommend relatives and friends increased continuously with the time(quarter)(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion The integration of Party construction and medical services promotes the cultural construction of departments and improves inpatient satisfaction. The department should continue to push the integration of Party construction and medical services forward and achieves a win-win situation of social and economic benefits.更多还原
