【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下,做好数据采集应用工作,直接关系地区疫情防控和医院患者救治成效,更是提升医院治理能力的重要一环。笔者总结了浙江大学医学院附属第一医院(以下简称"浙大一院")数据采集与应用实践探索,结合此次疫情特点,建立完善4个工作机制、科学制定信息报送流程、加快以数据信息为基础的研究成果推广应用,既有效保障了数据采集质量和信息报送及时、准确,又为统一调配疫情防控应急物资保障和总结新冠肺炎患者医疗救治经验提供支撑;此外,对重大紧急信息报送与应用也提出了一些思考,供同行借鉴和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),the efficiency of data collection and application is directly related to the regional epidemic prevention,as well as the effectiveness of hospital patient treatment,which is an important part of improving hospital management capacity.The author summarized the experience of data collection and application of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College,including establishing four working mechanisms,scientifically formulating information reporting procedures,and accelerating research results based on data information.These initiatives not only effectively ensured the quality of data collection and Timeliness of accurate information reporting,but also provided unified support for the deployment of emergency supplies to help prevent and control the epidemic.We also proposed several advices about the report and application of major emergency information,which may help promote the efficiency of data collection and application.更多还原
