无线超声工作站智能化监测对超声医学质量控制的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨无线超声工作站实行智能化监测对超声医学质量控制的影响。方法 对超声科5位医师的实时声像图进行智能化监测,由10个实验共同完成彩超检测工作,收集质量控制评价结果及6个月改进后的结果,以此作为观察组,质量控制小组进行现场评价,对照组进行同样的项目检测,并进行6个月的质量控制改进,对比两组质量控制评分结果、报告分和操作分。结果 观察组早期检查时间明显比对照组短,且报告标准规程评分及操作标准规程评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组6个月改进后质量控制检查等候时间明显比对照组短,且操作标准规程评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组早期报告标准规程、操作标准规程甲级数及6个月改进后报告标准规程评分、报告标准规程甲级数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组6个月改进后操作标准规程甲级数明显比对照组少(P <0.05)。结论 通过无线技术超声工作站进行监测的智能化模式能够真实呈现医师理论水平及上机操作能力,有助于提高体检人群超声检查质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of intelligent monitoring of wireless ultrasonic workstation on the quality control of ultrasonic medicine.Methods The primary application of the intelligentized monitoring of the real-time sonograms of 5 doctors in the ultrasound department,10 experiments were carried out together to complete the work of the color ultrasonic examination,and the results of the quality control evaluation and the improved results after 6 months were collected for the observation group,the quality control group was evaluated on the spot,the control group was tested for the same items,and the quality control improvement was carried out for 6 months.Results The early examination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the score of the report standard procedure and the operation standard procedure were significantly lower than that of the Control Group(P <0.05).After 6 months improvement,the waiting time of quality control examination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the score of operation standard procedure was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the grade A of early reporting standard procedure,operation standard procedure and grade A of reporting standard procedure after6 months improvement(P>0.05).After 6 months improvement,the grade A of the operation standard procedure in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The intelligent mode of monitoring by wireless technology ultrasonic workstation can truly show the theoretical level of doctors and the ability of operation on the machine,which is helpful to improve the quality of ultrasonic examination for people who have physical examination,it is worth popularizing and using in the quality control inspection in the future.
