体感交互技术在脑卒中康复中的应用

【摘要】 随着中国人口老龄化日益严峻,脑卒中作为老年人的高发病,患者数量日益增多,由于康复医师的相对缺乏,传统康复方法变得十分低效并且评估无法精确量化。随着科学技术的发展,体感交互技术被逐渐应用在康复领域中。该文依照体感方式和原理的不同对体感交互技术进行分类介绍,将体感交互技术归纳分为惯性感测、光学感测和惯性及光学联合感测,文中根据分类列举了各类别典型的体感交互设备,并综述了体感交互技术在康复训练和康复评估方面中的研究结果。据研究表明,体感交互技术对脑卒中患者的病情有着明显改善并为康复医师制定康复计划提供精确的评估数据。体感交互技术作为一种有效的治疗方法在脑卒中康复中有着广阔的前景。

【Abstract】 With the increasingly severe population aging in China,the number of high-incidence patients with stroke as the elderly is increasing.Due to the relative lack of rehabilitation physicians,traditional rehabilitation methods have become very inefficient and cannot be accurately quantified.With the development of science and technology,somatosensory interaction technology is gradually applied in the field of rehabilitation.This paper classifies and introduces somatosensory interaction technology according to different somatosensory methods and principles,and divides somatosensory interaction technology into inertial sensing,optical sensing,and inertial and optical combined sensing.This paper lists typical somatosensory interactive devices of each category according to the classification.It also summarizes the research results of somatosensory interaction technology in rehabilitation training and rehabilitation evaluation.According to research,somatosensory interaction technology can significantly improve the condition of stroke patients and provide accurate evaluation data for rehabilitation physicians to formulate rehabilitation plans.As an effective treatment method,somatosensory interaction technology has broad prospects in stroke rehabilitation.
