血清sLOX-1、sICAM-1、IL-17与急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠脉介入术后无复流的关系
The association of serum sLOX-1, sICAM-1 and IL-17 with no-reflow after percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction
【摘要】 目的探讨血清可溶性凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(sLOX-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)与急性心肌梗死经皮冠脉介入术(PCI)治疗后无复流的关系。方法选择2018年3月至2020年3月湖州市中心医院急性心肌梗死PCI术后无复流现象患者52例作为无复流组,另选择同期术后正常血流患者52例作为对照组,比较两组PCI相关资料及入院时血清sLOX-1、sICAM-1、IL-17水平,分析急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后无复流现象的影响因素。结果无复流组发病至血管再通时间、病灶血管长于对照组,SYNTAX评分及入院时血清sLOX-1、sICAM-1、IL-17水平均高于对照组,术前血流TIMI分级低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示这些参数与急性心肌梗死PCI术后无复流相关(均P<0.05)。SYNTAX评分与血清sLOX-1、sICAM-1、IL-17均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论血清sLOX-1、sICAM-1、IL-17与急性心肌梗死PCI术后无复流相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation of serum soluble lec tin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1(sLOX-1),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and interleukin-17(IL-17) with no-reflow after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Fifty-two AMI patients with no-reflow(no-reflow group) and 52 AMI patients with normal blood flow(control group) after PCI in Huzhou Central Hospital were enrolled from March 2018 to March 2020.The PCI related data and serum sLOX-1,sICAM-1 and IL-17 at admission were compared between the two groups.The factors related to no-reflow after PCI in AMI patients were analyzed.Results The time from onset to re canalization,diameter of lesion vessel,SYNTAX score,and serum sLOX-1,sICAM-1,and IL-17 were significantly higher and TIMI grade before PCI was significantly lower in no-reflow group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that all above parameters were related to the occurrence of no-reflow in AMI patients after PCI(all P<0.05).SYNTAX score was positively related to serum sLOX-1,sICAM-1,and IL-17(all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum sLOX-1,sICAM-1 and IL-17 are related to no-reflow after PCI in AMI patients.
