【摘要】 目的探讨舍曲林对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)伴抑郁患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分的影响。方法选取建德市第一人民医院ACS伴抑郁患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规内科药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合舍曲林进行抗抑郁治疗,两组各43例,治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6水平和SAQ评分及主要心血管不良事件的发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后TNF-α和IL-6水平均下降,SAQ各维度评分和总分均升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均下降,治疗满意度、心绞痛发作情况及SAQ总分均升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者主要心血管不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用舍曲林进行抗抑郁治疗可有效减轻ACS伴抑郁患者炎症反应,改善躯体症状,提高治疗满意度,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of sertraline on serum interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) scores in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and depression.Methods 86 patients with ACS accompanied by depression in the first people’s Hospital of Jiande City were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine medical treatment, and the observation group was treated with sertraline on the basis of the treatment of the control group, there were 43 cases in each group and treated for 6 months. The levels of TNF-α, IL-6, SAQ score and major adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups were decreased after treatment, and the scores of each dimension and total score of SAQ were increased(all P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were decreased, and the treatment satisfaction, angina attack and total score of SAQ were increased(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Sertraline can effectively relieve inflammation reaction, improve physical symptoms and improve treatment satisfaction in ACS patients with depression,which can effectively improve the quality of life.更多还原
