臭氧自血疗法对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及炎症因子的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨臭氧自血疗法(O3-AHT)对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及炎症因子的影响。方法选择2018年5月至2019年6月在浙江大学医学院附属金华医院住院的CHF患者64例,分为O3-AHT组和对照组。比较两组治疗前后脑钠肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分,同时比较治疗后6个月与治疗前心脏结构和功能指标。结果治疗后O3-AHT组BNP、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平及MLHFQ评分[(647.76±238.03)pg/m L、(3.54±1.98)mg/L、(5.53±3.02)pg/m L、(1.73±1.28)pg/m L、(32.39±5.81)分]均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后上述指标均较治疗前降低(均P<0.01)。治疗后两组的左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)和左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)缩小,左心室射血分数(LVEF)较治疗前增加,O3-AHT组LVEDd、LVESd及LVEF[(50.35±8.32)mm、(36.23±6.94)mm、(42.94±6.71)%]均大于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 O3-AHT辅助治疗有助于控制CHF患者的炎症反应并改善心脏结构和功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ozone autohemotherapy(O3-AHT) on cardiac function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods 64 inpatients with CHF were randomly divided into O3-AHT group and control group. The levels of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP), C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life scale(MLHFQ) score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Cardiac structure and function were compared before and 6-month later after the treatment. Results BNP, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and MLHFQ score [(647.76±238.03) pg/m L、(3.54±1.98) mg/L、(5.53±3.02) pg/m L、(1.73±1.28) pg/m L、(32.39±5.81) points]were significantly lower in O3-AHT group than in control group after treatment(all P<0.05). They were significantly lower after than before treatment in both groups(all P <0.01). Left ventricular(LV) end diastolic dimension and LV end systolic dimension decreased and LV ejection fraction increased in both groups after treatment. These changes were more significantly in O3-AHT group [(50.35±8.32)mm、(36.23±6.94) mm、(42.94±6.71)%] than in control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion O3-AHT adjuvant therapy may reduce inflammation response and improve cardiac structure and function in CHF patients.
