【Abstract】 Human resources are an important resource for hospitals to maintain their competitiveness,and the personnel information management system,developed based on the computer technology,is of great significance to improving the work efficiency and service level of the hospital human resources management department,and providing informatization support for optimizing human resources allocation and scientific decision-making.Based on the using status and problems faced of the personnel information management system of a large comprehensive public third-class hospital,this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for the design and implementation of the hospital personnel information management system.更多还原
