反应型水性纳米环氧乳化剂的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Reactive Waterborne Nano Epoxy Emulsifier
【摘要】 研究了反应型水性纳米环氧乳化剂合成中催化剂种类及温度与反应时间、转化率的关系,结果发现:当采用三氟化硼乙醚作为催化剂,添加量0.2%、反应温度90℃、反应时间4 h时反应条件最佳;采用PEG-6000为原料,其与E-51物质的量比为1.0∶1.2时制得的乳化剂效果最佳。最后,通过红外及核磁对其结构进行了表征。
【Abstract】 The relationship between the type of catalyst and temperature and the reaction time and conversion rate in the synthesis of reactive waterborne epoxy nano emulsifier was studied by titration of epoxy value with hydrochloric acid-acetone method. It was found that when boron trifluoride ether was used as the catalyst, the addition amount was 0.2%, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃, and the reaction time was 4 hours. Using PEG-6000 as the raw material, the emulsifier prepared at a molar ratio of 1.0 ∶ 1.2 to E-51 has the best effect.The structure was characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance.
