改性竹粉/PVC复合材料吸水和力学性能研究
Study on Water Absorption Properties and Mechanical Properties of Modified Bamboo Powder/PVC Composites
【摘要】 对竹粉成功进行机械活化酯化改性,然后与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混、热压制备改性竹粉/PVC复合材料,研究了复合材料的吸水性能。结果表明:与竹粉/PVC复合材料相比,机械活化酯化竹粉与PVC基体黏结性得到改善,改性竹粉/PVC复合材料的防水性能得到提高,浸水96 h后,其吸水率2.08%,尺寸变化率0.75%,弯曲强度下降了5.50%。
【Abstract】 Bamboo powder was successfully modified by mechanical activation esterification, then was blended with polyvinyl chloride(PVC) and modified bamboo powder/PVC composites were prepared by hot pressing. The water absorption properties of composites were studied. The results show that compared with bamboo powder/PVC composites, the adhesion of mechanically activated esterified bamboo powder to PVC substrates is improved, and the waterproof property of modified bamboo powder/PVC composites is improved, and their water absorption rate is 2.08%, and dimensional change rate is 0.75%, and bending strength decreases by 5.50% after 96 h immersion.
