【摘要】 [目的/意义]政府舆情治理效率不仅受内部因素的影响,外部环境因素对其的影响也是显著的。[方法/过程]采用三阶段DEA模型验证信息技术环境因素和经济发展环境因素对政府舆情治理效率的影响,并剔除环境因素和随机噪声的影响,在相同的外部环境条件下,测算我国31个省的政府舆情治理效率,有助于政府舆情治理体系的完善和治理能力的提升。[结果/结论]研究表明:降低东部地区投入冗余量,优化资源配置;提高管理效率,构建政府多部门联动机制;重视环境因素的作用,完善政府舆情治理体系。研究结果以期为政府舆情治理提供建议和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] The efficiency of government public opinion governance is not only affected by internal factors,but also by external environmental factors. [Method/Process] This paper used Three-stage DEA model to verify the impact of environmental factors of information technology and economic development on the efficiency of government public opinion governance. Excluding the influence of environmental factors and random noise,the government public opinion governance efficiency of 31 provinces in China was calculated under the same external environmental conditions. It helped to improve the governance system and enhance the governance capability of the government public opinion. [Result/Conclusion] The results showed that: The government should reduce the investment redundancy in the eastern region and optimize the allocation of resources. The government should improve the efficiency of management and build a multi department linkage mechanism. The government should pay attention to the role of environmental factors and improve the government public opinion governance system. The results of the study are expected to provide suggestions and reference for government public opinion governance.更多还原
