【摘要】 [目的/意义]在自媒体时代,人人麦克风的时代已经开启,网络是社会舆论的放大器,随着网络环境的复杂化,给政府舆情治理带来很大的压力,探索政府舆情治理的影响因素,寻求政府舆情治理的可持续发展路径,是一个值得研究的问题,具有一定的实践意义。[方法/过程]基于此,采用灰色关联分析与定性比较分析相结合的混合方法,基于外部因素和内部因素两个维度,探究政府舆情治理能力的影响因素,收集2017年我国31个省份的相关数据,运用MATLAB软件编程,实现灰色关联分析算法,计算政府舆情治理能力与各影响因素的关联度。在灰色关联分析的基础上,运用定性比较分析方法,基于系统的视角,分析不同因素组合对政府舆情治理能力的影响,探索政府舆情治理能力的可持续发展路径。[结果/结论]研究提出了分别适合我国东部省份、人口大省地区、西北地区省份的3种可持续发展模式,有助于地方政府根据自身实际情况采取相应的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] In the age of self-media,the era of everyone’s microphone has begun. Network is the amplifier of social public opinion. With the complication of the network environment,it brings great pressure to the government’s public opinion governance. Therefore,this paper explores the influencing factors of government public opinion governance and seeks the sustainable development path of government public opinion governance,which is a problem worthy of study and has certain practical significance. Based on this,this paper adopts a hybrid method of grey relational analysis and qualitative comparative analysis. [Method/Process] Based on the two dimensions of external factors and internal factors,it explored the influencing factors of government public opinion governance ability. This paper collected the relevant data of 31 provinces in China in 2017,used MATLAB software programming to realize the grey correlation analysis algorithm,and calculated the correlation between government public opinion governance ability and various influencing factors.On the basis of grey relational analysis,using qualitative comparative analysis method and from a systematic perspective,this paper analysed the influence of different factors combination on the governance ability of government public opinion,and explored the sustainable development path of the governance ability of government public opinion. [Result/Conclusion]This paper put forward three kinds of sustainable development models,which were suitable for the eastern provinces,the provinces with large population and the northwest provinces of China.
