【摘要】 目的了解乳腺癌患者配偶恐惧疾病进展现状,并探究其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2020年1月—12月在本院住院治疗的原发性乳腺癌患者的配偶214名作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、配偶恐惧疾病进展量表(fear of progression questionnaire-short form/partner,FoP-Q-SF/P)及家庭坚韧性量表对其进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析探讨影响乳腺癌患者配偶恐惧疾病进展因素。结果乳腺癌患者配偶恐惧疾病进展得分为(36.68±8.16)分,家庭坚韧性得分为(40.86±6.35)分,其恐惧疾病进展与家庭坚韧性呈负相关(r=-0.871,P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、累计照顾时间、家庭坚韧性是乳腺癌患者配偶恐惧疾病进展的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者配偶恐惧疾病进展水平较高。需重视乳腺癌患者配偶的年龄、照顾时间对其心理状态的影响,并可通过提升乳腺癌患者配偶家庭坚韧性,以降低其恐惧疾病进展水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the fear of disease progression in the spouses of breast cancer patients and explore the influencing factors. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select the spouses of 214 patients who had primary breast cancer and were hospitalised in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 as the study subjects. The general information questionnaire and the fear of progression questionnaire-short form/Partner(FoP-Q-SF/P) and the family resilience scale were used.Multiple linear regression was used to explore the factors that influenced the fear of disease progression among the spouses. Results The score on the fear of disease progression was 36.68 ±8.16 and the score of family resilience was 40.86 ±6.35. The fear of disease progression was negatively correlated with family resilience(r =-0.871, P <0.05). With multiple linear regression analysis, the main influencing factors for the fear of disease progression were age, cumulative time of care and family tenacity(P<0.05). Conclusion The spouses of the patients with breast cancer have high level of fear of disease progression. Medical staff should pay attention to the influence factors of the age and time of cumulative care on the psychological status of the spouses of the patients, meanwhile to reduce the fear of disease progression by enhancing the family resilience.更多还原
