Research and Implementation of Supply Chain Process Simulation
【摘要】 本文通过建立仿真模型,对三级供应链问题进行仿真,分析每个环节是否可以在规划的时间内完成任务,验证拟建设的仓库个数是否合理。根据仿真结果分析优化流程的设计方案,改善仓库利用率不高及各环节流程设计不合理的问题,找出最优解决方案。该实验经验对预测实际案例中建立仓库的个数以及合理的规划建设工期有较高的实际指导意义及应用参考价值。
【Abstract】 This paper establishes a simulation model to simulate the three-level supply chain problem, analyzes whether each link can complete the task within the planned time, and verifies whether the number of warehouses to be built is reasonable. Finally, analyze and optimize the design plan of the process based on the simulation results, improve the low utilization rate of the warehouse and the unreasonable process design of each link, and find the optimal solution. This experimental experience has high practical guiding significance and application reference value for predicting the number of warehouses established in a practical case and reasonable planning and construction period.
