【摘要】 编制民航飞行学生自我接纳量表,采用文献资料法和德尔菲法确定量表的初步因子,在此基础上编制初测量表,选取530名高年级飞行学生和445名低年级飞行学生进行测试,对获得的数据进行因素分析形成正式量表,并对量表的信、效度进行检验。飞行学生的自我接纳由积极面自我接纳和消极面自我接纳2个因子构成,高、低年级量表2个因子的总解释方差变异量分别为78.924%、63.287%。高、低年级量表总体的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.957、0.906,高年级量表各因子的Cronbach’sα系数在0.921～0.963之间,重测信度在0.834～0.889之间;低年级量表各因子的Cron-bach’sα系数在0.846～0.884之间,重测信度在0.900～0.905之间。高年级量表各因子间的相关系数为0.266,因子与总体的相关系数在0.792～0.799之间;低年级量表各因子间的相关系数为0.315,因子与总体的相关系数在0.797～0.824之间。高年级量表一阶2因素模型(χ~2/df=1.816、RMSEA=0.073、GFI=0.908、IFI=0.979、TLI=0.974、CFI=0.979,拟合效果良好);低年级量表一阶2因素模型(χ~2/df=1.523、RMSEA=0.057、GFI=0.903、IFI=0.964、TLI=0.955、CFI=0.964,拟合效果良好)。民航飞行学生自我接纳量表信效度指标均满足心理测量学的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 To compile a self-acceptance scale for civil aviation flight students. The preliminary factors of the scale were determined by the literaturedata method and Delphi method.
