【摘要】 探究民航飞行学员训练适应性的结构、编制量表,并进行信、效度检验。采用文献资料法和德尔菲法形成量表的初步维度,在此基础上编制初测量表,随机选取1012名飞行学员进行测试,对获得的数据进行因素分析形成正式量表,并对量表的信、效度进行检验。训练态度、训练安全、训练环境、训练动机4个维度共解释了总方差变异的57.628%。量表总体的Cronbach’sα系数为0.901,各因子的Cronbach’sα系数在0.845～0.919之间,重测相关系数在0.801～0.861之间(P<0.01)。维度间的相关系数为0.107～0.657,维度与总体的相关系数在0.660～0.711(P<0.01)之间。一阶4因素模型(χ~2/df=1.470、RMSEA=0.031、GFI=0.924、IFI=0.973、TLI=0.971、CFI=0.971)拟合效果良好。飞行学员的训练适应性包含训练动机、训练态度、训练安全、训练环境4个维度,其结构稳定、可靠,可从这4个维度对飞行学员的训练适应性进行管理和提升;据此编制的训练适应性量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为飞行学员训练适应性测量的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the structure of civil aviation student flight training adaptability, compile a scale, and conduct reliability and validity tests. The preliminary factors of the scale were determined by literature data method and the Delphi method. Based on this, the preliminary measurement table was compiled. 1012 pilot pilots were randomly selected for testing, and the obtained data were analyzed to form a formal scale.The reliability and validity of the test. The four dimensions of training attitude, training safety, training environment, and training motivation explained 57.628% of the total variance. The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the scale was 0.901, the Cronbach’s α coefficient of each factor was between 0.845 and 0.919, and the retest correlation coefficient was between 0.801 and 0.861(P<0.01). The correlation coefficient between dimensions is 0.107～0.657, and the correlation coefficient between dimensions and the whole is between 0.660～0.711(P<0.01).
