高分散Ni2P/γ-Al2O3催化剂的制备及其加氢脱硫性能研究
Preparation of highly-dispersed Ni2P/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and its catalytic performance in hydrodesulfurization
【摘要】 分别以商品化和水热法合成的多级孔结构的γ-Al2O3为载体,采用磷源热解法制得负载型Ni2P催化剂。通过XRD、SEM、N2物理吸脱附和CO化学吸附等手段对所制备的载体及催化剂进行表征,考察了不同载体对催化剂常压下噻吩加氢脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,自制的γ-Al2O3具有更高的比表面及发达的微观结构,以其为载体制备的Ni2P催化剂具有更高的分散度及催化脱硫性能。在反应温度为370℃、反应压力为1.01×105Pa、氢/油体积比为500、空速为3.2 h-1的条件下,HDS转化率达到95.5%。
【Abstract】 Supported Ni2 P catalysts are prepared via phosphorus source pyrolysis method using commercial hierarchical pore γ-Al2 O3 and self-made hierarchical pore γ-Al2 O3 by hydrothermal method as carriers,respectively.The as-synthesized catalysts and supports are characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,SEM and CO-chemisorption.Influences of different carriers on the catalysts’ performance in hydrodesulfurization( HDS) of thiophene under normal pressure are studied. Results show that self-made hierarchical γ-Al2O3 has higher specific surface and well-developed microstructure,and the corresponding catalyst shows higher dispersion and better catalytic desulfurization performance.HDS conversion reaches 95.5% when reaction temperature remains at 370℃,reaction pressure is 1. 01× 105 Pa,volume ratio of H2/oil is 500,and hourly space velocity is 3. 2 h-1.
