高空清洁机器人硬件和远程控制系统设计

【摘要】 为满足高空清洁机器人系统中机器人的控制和远程服务器稳定通信的要求,文中设计一套高空清洁机器人硬件与远程控制系统。该系统以STM32单片机为核心处理器,控制整个机器人系统工作,通过ZigBee模块实现楼顶线控设备和作业机器人之间的短程通信,通过GPRS无线传输模块实现整个系统与远程服务器之间的通信。系统采用多线程技术和Super Socket技术实现远程服务器与客户端的信息交互,并通过TCP/IP协议将用户指令经远程服务器传送给机器人系统,完成用户对高空清洁机器人实时控制与信息采集。实验结果表明该系统能够实现稳定通信和精确控制机器人的要求。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of robot control and stable communication of remote server in high-altitude cleaning robot system,a set of hardware and remote control system for high-altitude cleaning robot is designed. In the system,STM32 is used as the core processor to control the operation of the whole robot system. ZigBee module is used to realize the shortrange communication between the roof line control equipment and the working robot. GPRS wireless transmission module is used to realize the communication between the whole system and the remote server. In the system,the multithreading technology and Super Socket technology are used to realize the information interaction between the remote server and the client,and transmit the user′ s instructions to the robot system through the remote server by means of the TCP/IP protocol,so as to complete the user′ s real-time control and information collection of the high-altitude cleaning robot. The experimental results show that the system can achieve the requirements of stable communication and precise control of the robot.
