基于大数据的高校毕业生就业竞争力评价系统设计

【摘要】 就业竞争力是高校毕业生就业过程中就业能力的核心体现,文章把理论和仿真测试相结合,设计基于大数据的高校毕业生就业竞争力评价系统。理论部分将基于大数据的高校毕业生就业竞争力评价系统分成人机交互模块、综合数据库模块和就业竞争力评价模块,决策人可以通过人机交互模块进入系统操作界面,在操作界面输入毕业生就业竞争力评价指令后,系统将跳转至就业竞争力评价模块,就业竞争力评价模块将按照用户指令,在综合数据库模块提取毕业生各个就业能力测评数据,实现毕业生就业竞争力整体评价。在仿真测试中验证了所设计系统各个功能模块效用,且通过测试可知该系统对高校毕业生就业竞争力评价存在高精度优势。

【Abstract】 As the employment competitiveness is the core embodiment of the employability of college graduates in the process of employment,a big data based evaluation system of university graduates’ employment competitiveness is designed by combing the theory with simulation testing. In the theory part,the big data based evaluation system of college graduates’ employment competitiveness is divided into man-machine interactive module,comprehensive database module and employment competitiveness evaluation module. The decision-maker can enter the system operation interface through the man-machine interaction module. After an evaluation instruction of the graduates’ employment competitiveness is input on the operation interface,the system jumps to the employment competitiveness evaluation module. According to the users’ instruction,the employment competitiveness evaluation module extracts the various graduates’ employability evaluation data from the comprehensive database module to realize the overall evaluation of the graduates’ employment competitiveness. The utility of each function module of the designed system was verified in the simulation test. The testing results show that the system has the advantage of high precision in the employment competitiveness evaluation of college graduates.
