基于虚拟仪器的开关磁阻电机高精度实时在线监测系统
Switched reluctance motor high-precision real-time online monitoring system based on virtual instrument
【摘要】 基于LabVIEW和模拟量采集卡设计一种基于虚拟仪器的SRM实时在线监测系统,该系统对电机相电流、母线电压、转矩及转速等变量进行捕获和滤波,通过模拟量输入卡以高采样率采集信号并快速传输至上位机,并在上位机LabVIEW界面实时显示信号波形和保存数据。实验结果表明,该监测系统具有采集频率高,上、下位机通信速度快,系统结构灵活,稳定性好的特点,可用于监测具有高动态响应的开关磁阻电机调速控制系统,实时记录并监测电机的瞬变过程。
【Abstract】 An SRM(switched reluctance motor)real-time online monitoring system based on virtual instrument is designed based on LabVIEW and analog acquisition card. In this system,the motor phase current,bus voltage,torque,rotate speed and other variants are captured and filtered,and the signal is collected at a high sampling rate and transmitted to the upper computer quickly by means of the analog acquisition card,so as to display signal waveform in real time and save data on the LabVIEW interface of the upper computer. The experimental results show that the monitoring system has the characteristics of high acquisition frequency,fast communication between upper and lower computers,flexible system structure and good stability.It can be used to monitor the SRM speed regulation control system with high dynamic response,and record and monitor the transient process of the motor in real time.
