基于模糊控制的直流调速系统仿真研究

【摘要】 针对实际生产过程中,生产机械需要频繁起动制动,严重影响生产效率这一问题进行了研究。通过分析电机的起动过程,结合负反馈控制的原理,建立数学模型,设置模糊控制器的结构,在Simulink中建立系统的仿真模型,对其进行仿真,实验结果表明模糊PID控制器比经典PID控制的直流调速系统的性能更优良,能够实现直流电机的正常、快速、平稳起动,可以有效提高生产效率。

【Abstract】 The phenomena of frequent start and brake of the production machinery in the production process are researched because they affect the production efficiency seriously. The mathematical model is established and the structure of fuzzy controller is set up by analyzing the starting process of the motor and combining the principle of negative feedback control. The system simulation model is established with Simulink and the system is simulated. The experimental results show that the DC speed regulation system based on fuzzy PID controller has better performance than that based on the classical PID control,can make the DC motor start normally,fast and smoothly,and can effectively improve the production efficiency.
