【摘要】 城镇既有工业区的空间分布特征及其与周边功能设施的关联,是既有工业区功能提升与优化改造的重要基础。基于顺德北滘镇潭洲水道西片区POI数据,采用空间统计的方法,探讨工业企业及其业务支撑与生活保障的功能设施的空间分布和影响因素,并对企业与设施的空间关联进行分析,判断配置状态。针对潭洲水道西片既有工业区的空间特征、设施分布、产业—空间关系特征,提出规划片区中心、优化资源配置、强化企业与设施空间关联等优化策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spatial distribution characteristics of existing industrial zones in cities and the correlation with their surrounding functional facilities are the important basis of the functional upgrading, optimization and transformation of existing industrial zones. Using methods of spatial statistics, this paper discussed spatial distribution characteristics and influence factors of industrial enterprises and surrounded function facilities which provide business supporting and life safeguard, analyzed the space correlation among industrial enterprises and facilities, and determined configuration status of facilities based on point of interest(POI) data of Tanzhou watercourse west area in Beijiao, Shunde. In view of the spatial characteristics, facility distribution and industry-spatial relationship of the existing industrial zones in the area, the optimization strategies were proposed including planning the center of the zone, optimizing the allocation of resources, and strengthening the spatial connection between facility and enterprises.更多还原
