【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情对全球各国的经济社会运行都造成了非常严重的冲击,大多数行业都无法幸免,但数字经济在对抗、缓解疫情冲击方面却发挥了一些独特的作用,本文对此进行了综述。根据本文的总结,数字经济在以下几个方面为防控疫情和缓解疫情冲击发挥了重要作用:社交距离的前提条件、防控疫情的工具抓手、研究疫情的数据来源和对冲疫情的渠道机制。同时本文也针对数字鸿沟更加凸显、涉疫谣言广泛传播、个人隐私频繁泄露等数字经济在本次疫情中暴露出的问题进行了讨论,并提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic has serious impact on the global economy and society, and almost all industries are not immune to it. However, the digital economy is playing a unique role in confronting of the pandemic and alleviating the impact of its. According to the summary of this article, the role of digital economy is reflected in the following aspects: the premise of social distance, tools to control the pandemic, data sources to study the pandemic and channel mechanism to hedge against the impact of the pandemic.
