【摘要】 目的:观察舒适护理对老年髋关节置换术后并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月实施髋关节置换术治疗的老年患者74例作为研究对象,采用随机分组方法分为两组,各37例。研究组实施舒适护理干预;对照组实施常规护理干预。比较两组患者生活质量评分、术后疼痛改善情况、并发症发生率、护理满意度情况。结果:研究组患者各项生活质量评分与对照组比较均有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后3 d、7 d疼痛评分均比对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为10.81%(4/37),低于对照组的35.14%(13/37),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为94.59%(35/37),高于对照组的78.38%(29/37),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将舒适护理应用于老年髋关节置换术中,效果较显著,患者术后发生的并发症减少,术后疼痛感较低,可明显改善生活质量,患者对护理的满意度更高,具有一定应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of comfortable nursing on complications after hip replacement in the elderly.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,74 elderly patients treated with hip arthroplasty were selected as the research object.74 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 37 cases in each group.The study group carried out comfort nursing intervention.The control group carried out conventional nursing intervention.The quality of life scores of the two groups,postoperative pain improvement, the incidence of postoperative complications such as delirium, constipation, pulmonary infection and lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results: The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).The probability of postoperative complications was 10.81%(4/37) in the study group and 35.14%(13/37) in the control group(P<0.05); The satisfaction with nursing in the study group was 94.59%(35/37),while that in the control group was 78.38%(29/37).The satisfaction in the study group increased significantly,and the data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of comfort nursing to elderly hip arthroplasty has ideal effect,the postoperative complications of patients are significantly reduced, the postoperative pain is also weak, the quality of life of patients is improved, the satisfaction of patients with nursing is higher,the application value is higher,and it is worthy of recommendation.更多还原
