【摘要】 目的:观察浮针治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:2019年9月-2021年3月收治原发性痛经患者80例,随机分为两组。试验组采用浮针治疗,患肌配合再灌注活动治疗痛经;对照组选取足三里穴、三阴交穴、合谷穴、子宫穴作为主穴治疗,根据临床分型加减用穴。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、痛经程度积分、月经病评估量表(MDQ)积分及治疗时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浮针治疗原发性痛经,可快速缓解痛经的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling(FSN) onprimary dysmenorrhea.Methods:From September 2019 to March 2021,80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling and the affected muscle combined with reperfusion activity to treat dysmenorrhea.Zusanli point(ST36),Sanyinjiao point(SP6),Hegu point(LI4) and uterus point(EX-CA1) were selected as the main points in the control group,adding and subtracting acupoints according to clinical classification.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after treatment,the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),dysmenorrhea degree score,menstrual disease evaluation scale(MDQ) score and treatment time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling therapy for primary dysmenorrhea can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea.更多还原
