【摘要】 目的:探讨对老年髋部骨折患者运用医护一体化护理在预防术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)中的效果。方法:2019年1月-2021年2月收治老年髋部骨折手术患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合应用医护一体化护理,比较两组患者患肢肿胀程度、术后DVT发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组术后1 d、7 d患肢髌上10 cm肿胀度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后DVT发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年髋部骨折手术患者采用医护一体化护理,可有效降低术后DVT发生率,并缓解患肢肿胀程度,且有助于提升护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of integrated care of doctors and nurses on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) after hip fracture surgery in the elderly.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2021,76 elderly patients with hip fracture surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group applied integrated care of doctors and nurses on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the degree of limb swelling,the incidence of postoperative DVT and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the swelling degree of 10 cm above the patella of the affected limb at 1 and 7 days after operation was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of postoperative DVT was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with hip fracture surgery,the use of integrated care of doctors and nurses can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative DVT,alleviate the swelling of affected limbs,and help to improve nursing satisfaction.更多还原
