【摘要】 目的:研究强化护理干预在冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的效果。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理干预;研究组实施强化护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者应用强化护理干预,可使患者生活质量提升,负面情绪得到更好的缓解,进而表现出较高的护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of intensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,82 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing intervention.The study group carried out intensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure can improve the quality of life,and the patients’ negative emotions can be better relieved,thus showing higher nursing satisfaction.更多还原
