【摘要】 目的:探讨基于奥马哈系统的精细化饮食干预应用于食管癌术后患者的效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月食管癌术后患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予常规饮食护理,观察组在常规饮食护理基础上给予基于奥马哈系统的精细化饮食干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后心理、生理、环境和健康行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)及前白蛋白(PA)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于奥马哈系统的精细化饮食干预可有效解决食管癌术后患者存在的护理问题,改善营养状态,并降低并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of refined diet intervention based on Omaha system in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:From May 2017-May 2019,78 cases of patients with esophageal cancer who had finished surgery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group performed routine diet intervention.The observation group increased refined diet intervention based on the Omaha system on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects between two groups was compared.Results:The psychological,physiological,environmental and healthy behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of retinol binding protein(RBP)and pre-albumin(PA)in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reined diet intervention based on Omaha system can effectively solve the nursing problems of patients after esophageal cancer,improve their nutrition status,and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
