【摘要】 目的:研究社区获得性肺炎与急性扁桃体炎的相关性。方法:选取社区获得性肺炎患者34例,作为社区获得性肺炎组;再选取急性扁桃体炎患者34例,作为急性扁桃体炎组。两组患者根据年龄不同各分为儿童组(年龄<14岁)和成人组(年龄≥14岁)。两组患者之间以相同年龄段进行对比。结果:社区获得性肺炎与急性扁桃体炎在病原学、病因、传播途径、症状、实验室检查、治疗以及预后等方面均具有很多相似之处及相关性,而且两种疾病如不及时、合理的治疗可互相影响或同时伴发。结论:日常生活中要做到饮食合理,戒烟戒酒,减少聚集,避免过度劳累,加强锻炼,增强体质,保证睡眠等可以降低患病的概率,一旦患病,必须适当隔离,防止疾病传播,及时诊治,两种疾病均是可防可控可治的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between community-acquired pneumonia and acute tonsillitis.Methods:34 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were selected as the group community-acquired pneumonia.34 patients with acute tonsillitis were selected as the group acute tonsillitis.The two groups of patients were divided into the children group(age<14 years old)and the adult group(age≥14 years old)according to their age.The patients in the group community-acquired pneumoniaand the group acute tonsillitis were compared in the same age group.Results:Community-acquired pneumonia and acute tonsillitis have many similarities and correlations in etiology,pathogeny,transmission route,symptoms,laboratory tests,treatment,and prognosis.And if the two diseases are not treated in time and reasonably,they can affect each other or accompany each other.Conclusion:In daily life,we must eat a reasonable diet,quit smoking and alcohol,reduce gatherings,avoid overwork,strengthen exercise,improve physical fitness,and ensure sleep can reduce the probability of illness.Once you become ill,you must be properly isolated to prevent the spread of the disease.Timely diagnosis and treatment,both diseases are preventable,controllable and curable.更多还原
