【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复患者自我管理对肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年12月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采取康复护理自我管理。比较两组患者肺功能、生活质量及CAT评分。结果:观察组护理后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气末容积(FEV1)、最高呼气流速(PEF)等肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生理功能、心理功能、社会功能及周围环境评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后CAT评分为1～10分的比例高于对照组,31～40分的比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用康复护理自我管理,可改善肺功能,提高生活质量,应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of self-management on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From May 2018 to December 2019,76 patients with COPD were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given rehabilitation nursing self-management.We compared the lung function,quality of life and CAT score between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,the scores of physiological,psychological,social function and surrounding environment were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,the proportion of CAT score of 1 to 10 points was higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of 31 to 40 points was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing self-management for COPD patients can improve lung function and quality of life,the application value is high.更多还原
