【摘要】 目的:探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定(PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年12月收治股骨粗隆间骨折患者120例,随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组选用股骨近端髓内钉(PFN)治疗;观察组选用PFNA治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术切口长度、手术时间、出血量、透视次数、住院时间、愈合时间、负重时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于PFN,PFNA在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中更具优势,可明显改善患者髋关节功能,降低并发症率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail internal fixation(PFNA)in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,120 case of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with proximal femoral intramedullary nail(PFN).The observation group was treated with PFNA.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and hip function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of surgical incision,operative time,amount of blood loss,the number of fluoroscopy,the lengths of stay,the healing time,weight-bearing time,and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with PFN,PFNA has more advantages in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,which can obviously improve the hip function and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
