【摘要】 目的:分析医院-学校-家庭相结合的眼保健模式对小学生视力健康水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月三所学校的小学生200例,按照眼保健模式的操作方案分为两组,各100例。观察组给予医院-学校-家庭相结合的眼保健模式;对照组给予学生与家长的常规健康知识普及。比较两组保健效果。结果:研究组小学生脏手揉眼睛、持续读写时间≥15 min、持续观看荧光屏≥30 min的比例均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组小学生勤洗手、规范读写姿势与坚持做眼保健的行为比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组保健后的视力低下率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院-学校-家庭相结合的眼保健模式,对小学生视力健康水平影响较大,能够有效地提升小学生视力健康水平,改善小学生用眼习惯。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effects of hospital-school-family combination of eye care model on the visual health level of primary school students.Methods:From January to December in 2019,200 primary school students were selected from three schools and divided into two groups according to the operation scheme of eye health care model with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was given hospital-school-family combination of eye care model.The control group was given conventional health knowledge popularization to students and parents.Health care effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The proportions of dirty hand rubbing eyes,continuous reading and writing time≥15 min and continuous watching screen≥30 min in the study group were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of frequent hand washing,standardized reading and writing posture and consistent eye care in the study group was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had lower rates of poor vision after health care than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospital-school-family combination of eye care model has a great influence on the visual health of primary school students,and can effectively improve the visual health of primary school students and improve their eye habits.更多还原
