【摘要】 目的:观察心脑活血丸治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:2016年5月-2019年4月收治稳定性心绞痛患者120例,随机分为两组。试验组口服心脑活血丸治疗;对照组口服单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗。比较两组临床疗效及心电图变化情况。结果:试验组第2个疗程后心绞痛的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组第2个疗程的心电图疗效高于第1个疗程,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用心脑活血丸治疗稳定性心绞痛患者,具显著效果,体现了中医药标本兼治及长期服用不易产生耐药性的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Xinnao Huoxue pill on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:From May 2016 to April 2019,120 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Xinnao Huoxue pills orally.The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets orally.The clinical efficacy and electrocardiogram changes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment after the second course in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ECG changes of the second course of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the first course.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinnao Huoxue pill has a good therapeutic effect in patients with stable angina pectoris,which reflects the advantages of both symptoms and root cause of traditional Chinese medicine and not easy to develop drug resistance.更多还原
