【摘要】 目的:探究青霉素皮试剂应用于儿科门诊中的安全性及有效性。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年5月门诊需行青霉素皮试的患儿240例,随机分为两组,各120例。对照组实施头孢菌素皮试;观察组实施青霉素皮试。比较两组皮试结果、疼痛评分及不良反应。结果:观察组皮试阴性率高于对照组,干预后恐惧评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青霉素皮试剂是小儿皮肤过敏试验的理想试药,其安全有效,配合综合性护理干预,能显著改善患儿的恐惧心理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the safety and effectiveness of penicillin skin reagent used in pediatric clinics.Methods:From March 2019 to May 2020,240 children with penicillin skin test were randomly divided into two groups,120 cases each.Cephalosporin skin test was performed in the control group, penicillin skin test was performed in the observation group, and the results of skin test, pain score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The negative rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the fear score after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penicillin skin reagent is an ideal test drug for skin allergy test in children,it is safe and effective,and combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,it can significantly improve the fear of children.更多还原
