【摘要】 目的:比较应用低温等离子刀和传统冷器械行扁桃体切除术的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月行扁桃体切除术的患者51例,分为两组。A组应用低温等离子刀;B组应用传统冷器械。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量和术后情况。结果:A组手术时间长于B组,但术中出血量少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用全麻下低温等离子刀和传统冷器械行扁桃体切除术,前者术中出血少,后者手术时间短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of tonsillectomy with low-temperature plasma knife and traditional cold instruments.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,51 patients undergoing tonsillectomy were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with low-temperature plasma knife.Group B was treated with traditional cold equipment.We compared the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative conditions between the two groups.Results:The operation time of group A was longer than that of group B,but the amount of intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma knife and traditional cold instruments are used in tonsillectomy under general anesthesia,the former has less intraoperative blood loss,while the latter has shorter operation time.更多还原
