【摘要】 目的:分析FOCUS-PDCA管理法在手卫生管理中的效果。方法:运用FOCUS-PDCA管理法,成立手卫生改善工作小组,采用直接观察法在不告知被调查对象的情况下,对全院36个住院科室医务人员进行手卫生执行情况的随机抽样调查。并运用鱼骨图、查检表及柏拉图等工具查找医务人员手卫生依从性较差的真实原因,根据真因制定并落实手卫生改进对策,评价改进效果。比较实施FOCUS-PDCA管理法前后医务人员手卫生依从性情况。结果:实施FOCUS-PDCA管理法后,医务人员手卫生依从率由39.56%提高到61.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用FOCUS-PDCA管理法进行手卫生工作持续质量改进,可有效促进医务人员手卫生依从性的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of FOCUS-PDCA management in hand hygiene management.Methods:Using the FOCUS-PDCA management method,a working group on hand hygiene improvement was set up,and the direct observation method was used to conduct a random sampling survey on the implementation of hand hygiene among medical staff in 36 inpatient departments of the whole hospital without informing the subjects.And use fishbone diagram,check table and plato and other tools to find the real cause of poor hand hygiene compliance of medical staff,formulate and implement hand hygiene improvement measures according to the real cause,and evaluate the effect of improvement.The hand hygiene compliance of medical staff before and after the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA management method was compared.Results:After the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA management method,the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff increased from 39.56% to 61.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous quality improvement of hand hygiene work by using FOCUS-PDCA management method can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.更多还原
