右旋糖酐铁口服液联合维生素C治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨右旋糖酐铁口服液联合维生素C治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法:2020年1-6月收治缺铁性贫血患儿70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组口服右旋糖酐铁口服液5 mg/kg,3次/d;试验组在右旋糖酐铁基础上口服维生素C片50 mg/kg,3次/d。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组平均贫血纠正时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞容积(MCV)及平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右旋糖酐铁口服液联合维生素C治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的临床疗效更佳,安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of iron dextran oral liquid combined with vitamin C in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods:From January to June 2020,70 cases of children with iron deficiency anemia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given 5 mg/kg of iron dextran oral liquid,three times a day.The experimental group was given 50 mg/kg of vitamin C tablets,three times a day on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average anemia correction time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hb,MCV and MCHC in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Iron dextran oral liquid combined with vitamin C in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children is more effective,safe and reliable.
