【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者开展循环肿瘤细胞(TCT)检测的可行性。方法:2016年5月-2018年1月收治乳腺癌患者120例,按TNM分期不同分为四组,各30例;患者均进行TCT检测,分析四组CTC表达水平。结果:B、C、D组患者CTC阳性率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。D组CTC阳性率与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但D组、C组CTC阳性率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组患者CTC表达水平呈现为D组>C组>B组>A组的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TCT在不同TNM分期的乳腺癌患者外周血中表达存在一定差异,临床可以通过该项指标的检测结果判断患者的疾病分期与预后,临床可行性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility of circulating tumor cell(CTC) detection in breast cancer patients.Methods:From May 2016 to January 2018,120 cases of breast cancer patients were enrolled,they were divided into four groups according to the TNM stages,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were tested for CTC and the changes in expression level of CTC in four groups was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of CTC in B,C,D group were significantly higher than that in A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of CTC between D group and C group was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of CTC in D group and C group was significantly higher than that of B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CTC expression level of the four groups of patients showed a trend of D group>C group>B group>A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some differences in the expression of CTC in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients with different TNM stages,the detection results of this index can be used to judge the disease stage and prognosis of patients,the clinical feasibility is high.更多还原
