【摘要】 目的探索教师创造性教学行为对"5+3"医学生科研创新能力的影响。方法采用问卷方式,对116名"5+3"一体化医学生进行教师创造性教学行为和学生科研创新能力现状调查。结果尽管实际参与率偏低,大多数学生有意愿参与科研创新训练且参与后的学生反馈较好;多数学生对课堂相关教师创造性教学行为有强烈需求。结论课内课外多形式的教师创造性教学行为能有效提高"5+3"医学生科研创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence of teachers’ creative teaching behavior on the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.Methods By means of questionnaire,116 ‘5+3’ integrated medical students were investigated on teachers’ creative teaching behavior and students’ innovation ability.Results Although the actual participation rate is low,most students are willing to participate in scientific research and innovation training,and their feedback is good;most students have a strong demand for classroom related teachers’ creative teaching behavior.Conclusion Multi-formal teachers’ creative teaching behavior in and out of class can effectively improve the innovative ability of ‘5+3’ medical students.更多还原
