【摘要】 目的解决神经外科住院医师规范化培训中的教学查房的困难,探讨基于Python的交班数据的实际作用。方法运用Python编程将海量的交班PPT整合成交班数据库,并运用到住培教学查房中。设置数据库组和对照组,统计教学查房中引入的真实病例数量和图片数量,比较两组教学查房的评分。结果数据库组的教学查房中引入的病例数量为3(3～4)例和2(1～2)例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);图片数量分别为16 (9～18)张和8 (5～11)张,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);综合评分分别为(86.90±5.49)和(79.86±4.94),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于Python编程的交班数据库解决了教学查房时病例资料和图片资料获取的困难,有利于提高教学查房的质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To solve the difficulty of teaching ward round in the standardized training of neurosurgery residents,and to explore the practical role of shift handover database based on python.Methods Python programming was used to integrate a large number of PowerPoint document(PPT)that had been used for shift handover into a database,and applied it to the teaching rounds of neurosurgical residential training.Set up the database group and the control group,count the number of real cases and pictures introduced in the teaching ward round,and compare the scores of the two groups.Results There were 3(3～4)cases and 2(1～2)cases in the database group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the number of pictures was 16(9～18)and 8(5～11)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the comprehensive score was(86.90±5.49)and(79.86±4.94),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001,P<0.001).Conclusion The database based on Python programming solves the difficulty of obtaining case data and picture data in teaching ward round,which is helpful to improve the quality of teaching ward round.更多还原
