基于空间句法的新疆石河子旧城中心区城市公共空间更新研究

【摘要】 以新疆石河子旧城中心区城市公共空间为研究对象,运用空间句法理论,通过Depthmap软件模拟,建立旧城中心区的凸空间量化模型,从空间组织层面对中心区的开敞广场空间、半围合休憩空间和围合广场空间进行软件模拟和现场实测.研究结果表明,开敞广场空间的通行人数和长时聚集人数最多,短时停留人数较多,空间渗透性、可达性和聚集性均最好,利用率高,可适当设计进一步提升;半围合休憩空间短时休憩人数最多,通行人数较多,长时聚集人数少,空间的渗透性和可达性较好,聚集性一般,利用率一般,需局部改造设计;围合广场空间的通行、短时停留和长时聚集人数均较少,空间的渗透性、可达性和聚集性差,利用率低,需整体改造设计.最后提出了该片区城市公共空间改造的建议.

【Abstract】 Taking the urban public space in the center of Shihezi old city as the research object,this paper uses the space syntax theory and Depthmap software simulation to establish the convex space quantitative model of the old city center area.From the spatial organization level,the software simulation and field measurement of the open square space,semi-enclosed open space and enclosed square space in the central area are carried out.The results show that the open square space has the largest number of pedestrians and long-term aggregation,and more short-term residents,the space permeability,accessibility and aggregation are the best,and the utilization rate is high,which can be properly designed and improved.The semi-enclosed open space has the largest number of people for short-term rest, more people passingby,and less people gathered for a long time,the permeability and accessibility of the space are good,the aggregation is general,and the utilization rate is general,therefore it needs to be partially reconstructed and designed.The number of people passing through,staying for a short time and gathering for a long time in the enclosed square space are less,the permeability,accessibility and aggregation of the space are poor,and the utilization rate is low,so the overall reconstruction design is needed.Finally,the paper puts forward the suggestions of urban public space transformation in this area.
