栗木栲胶染毛皮的配色实验探究
Study on the Color Matching Experiment of Chestnut Tannin Extract Dyeing Fur
【摘要】 对栗木栲胶染毛皮的配色进行了探究。选用不同铁盐,如七水硫酸亚铁Fe SO4·7H2O、三氯化铁Fe Cl3、硫酸铁Fe2(SO4)3和铁氰化钾K3[Fe(CN)6]作为媒染剂与栗木栲胶共同染兔毛皮,通过观察染色研究过程中兔毛皮的颜色,可以确认配比染色的染色处理效果。实验结果表明:栗木栲胶与铁盐配比染色的最佳配比方案为:20 g/L栗木栲胶、0.3 g/L七水硫酸亚铁、0.15 g/L三氯化铁、0.15 g/L硫酸铁和0.1 g/L铁氰化钾。实验结果证明此方案的配比染色效果最好,能得到较纯的黑色染料。
【Abstract】 Different iron salts: ferrous sulfate heptahydrate Fe SO4·7 H2 O, ferric chloride Fe Cl3, ferric sulfate Fe2(SO4)3, potassium ferricyanide K3[Fe(CN)6] were used as mordant to dye rabbit fur with chestnut tannin extract. The dyeing effect of matching dyeing could be confirmed by observing the color of rabbit fur in the dyeing process. The results showed that: the best ratio of chestnut extract and ferric salt was 20 g/L chestnut tannin extract, 0.3 g/L ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 0.15 g/L ferric chloride, 0.15 g/L ferric sulfate and 0.1 g/L potassium ferricyanide.The matching dyeing effect of the solution was the best, and the pure black dye could be obtained.
