【摘要】 目的通过对癌症患者生育忧虑概念的发展、属性、案例、前因、后果等进行系统分析,厘清癌症患者生育忧虑的概念内涵。方法收集自建库至2021年3月4日在中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science、PsycInfo等数据库中癌症患者生育忧虑相关文献,采用Walker和Avant的概念分析法进行分析。结果通过分析相关文献归纳出癌症患者生育忧虑3个概念属性:对生育不确定性的过度认知;愤怒、愧疚、担忧等负性情感反应;癌症及治疗和家庭生育计划间的矛盾冲突。结论对癌症患者生育忧虑的概念进行系统分析,可以帮助医护人员在诊疗和护理过程中更好地识别癌症患者生育忧虑的状况,并通过相应的干预措施,减轻其生育忧虑,提高生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To clarify the concept of reproductive concerns among cancer patients through systematic analyzing of the development, attributes, cases, antecedents, and consequences of the concept of reproductive concerns among cancer patients.Methods Literature on reproductive concerns among cancer patients from the establishment of the database to March 4, 2021 were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, PsycInfo, Walker and Avant’s concept analysis method was used to analyze the connotation.Results By analyzing the relevant literature, the three concept attributes of the reproductive concerns among cancer patients were summarized: excessive cognition of fertility uncertainty; negative emotional reactions such as anger, guilt, and worry; conflicts between cancer and treatment and family fertility planning.Conclusion A systematic analysis of the concept of reproductive concerns among cancer patients can help medical staff to better identify the reproductive concerns among cancer patients during the process of diagnosis, treatment and nursing, and reduce their reproductive concerns to improve their quality of life through corresponding intervention measures.更多还原
