碳交易试点政策对工业碳生产率的影响
The Impact of Carbon Trading Pilot Policy on Industrial Carbon Productivity
【摘要】 以我国2010—2017年30个省市的面板数据为样本,利用双重差分法,实证检验碳交易试点政策对工业碳生产率的影响。研究发现:碳交易试点政策可以显著促进试点地区工业碳生产率的提升;通过中介效应模型分析表明,碳交易试点政策可以促进技术创新,提高工业碳生产率。提出应加速完善全国碳交易市场体系,稳步提升企业技术创新能力,以充分发挥碳交易机制对工业绿色发展的积极作用。
【Abstract】 Taking the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2017 as an example, this paper uses the method of double differences to empirically test the impact of carbon trading pilot policies on industrial carbon productivity.It is found that carbon trading policies can significantly promote industrial carbon productivity in pilot areas.Further analysis of the mediating effect model shows that carbon trading pilot policy can improve industrial carbon productivity by promoting technological innovation.Based on this, China should accelerate the improvement of the national carbon trading market system, and steadily improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises, so as to give full play to the positive role of carbon trading mechanism in industrial green development.
