【摘要】 在健康中国背景下,青少年健康问题成为社会关注的焦点,伴随全国马拉松赛事热的不断攀升,高校马拉松运动迎来了新的发展机遇.在结合当前我国马拉松运动热追捧的现象背景下,分析了高校开展马拉松运动对大学生的价值体现.通过调查分析当前高校马拉松运动的现状以及通过冷思考后指出高校马拉松运动存在的问题.对此,提出了促进高校马拉松运动健康发展的新举措,有效提升高校马拉松运动的赛事影响力,提高健康中国背景下的大学生健康水平.更多还原
