【Abstract】 Inflammatory disease is a universal disease existing in human life activities, which brings serious harm to human life and health. At present, people pay more and more attention to it. Inflammatory response is a kind of defense response to stimulation, which often leads to cardiovascular disease, brain disease, respiratory disease, digestive tract disease and other diseases. In this paper, its related diseases may bring harm to the human body and the pathogenesis are described. At the same time, the therapeutic drugs developed so far are classified and introduced, focusing on nanoparticles and hydrogels for anti-inflammatory.
