中国科技服务业集群现状及区域分异格局
Science and Technology Development Cluster in China: Current Situation and Regional differences
【摘要】 科技服务业是实施创新驱动发展战略、推动经济提质增效升级的重要支撑。根据中国科技服务业的发展水平,基于系统聚类分析把中国31个省份划分为四类,发现各类地区的发展水平呈现两极分化和区域分异格局,东部区域存在较为明显的头部集聚现象且区域内部科技服务业发展水平差异显著;通过空间基尼系数、区位熵和产业集中度指数等指标的定量测度发现中国科技服务业具有空间集聚性,在三个发展阶段中,虽然整体集聚水平在震荡中提升,但各省份间科技服务业的空间集聚水平一直存在着非均衡发展状态。研究结论为科技服务业集聚政策制定和理论研究提供了基础数据支持。
【Abstract】 Science and technology service industry is an important support for implementing innovation driven development strategy and promoting economic quality and efficiency. According to the development level of China’s science and technology service industry, 31 provinces and cities in China are divided into four categories based on the system cluster analysis. It is found that the development level of various regions presents a pattern of polarization and regional differentiation. Head agglomeration is obvious in the Eastern Region, and the development level in each region is obviously different. Through the quantitative measurement of spatial Gini coefficient, location entropy and industrial concentration index, we find that the science and technology service industry in China has spatial agglomeration. In the three stages of development, although the overall agglomeration level is rising in the shock, the spatial agglomeration level among provinces and cities has been in a state of unbalanced development. The conclusion of the study provides a basic data support for the policy making and theoretical research of the Science and Technology Service Industry in China.
